Sessions

To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance qualify for a full refund, or we can reschedule your session if you prefer. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed sessions, are not eligible for a refund.

 

Workshops

Cancellations made at least one week before the workshop receive a full refund. Cancellations made within one week of the workshop receive a 50% refund, as materials will already have been prepared. If we need to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund.

Self-Cultivation Energetics programme (all five workshops)
The programme fee of HK$19,800 covers all five workshops at a 10% saving on the individual fees. If you withdraw part-way through, workshops you have already attended are charged at the standard individual fee, and the programme discount no longer applies. Workshops you have not yet attended are refunded in full if you withdraw at least one week before the next workshop. Within one week of the next workshop, that workshop is refunded at 50% and the remaining workshops are refunded in full. Each workshop in the programme can be postponed once under the terms above. If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund for it.

Transferring or postponing your workshop place

If you can't attend, you're welcome to offer your place to someone else. Please send us their name and contact details at least 48 hours before the workshop. Alternatively, you may postpone your paid place once to a future run of the same workshop, subject to availability. A postponed place must be used within 12 months of your original workshop date, after which it expires and is non-refundable. Postponement requests must be made at least one week before the workshop.

How to cancel, transfer or postpone

All cancellations, withdrawals, transfers and postponements must be made in writing by email to info@taoenergetics.studio. The date and time we receive your email is the one that counts.
