Workshop Description
The shocks we couldn't process and the social masks we adopted to survive don't disappear; the body archives them. Learn to "interview" your own archive, following the arc of human development from infancy to adulthood, and reclaim the energy spent maintaining a persona that no longer fits. In person or online · Prerequisite: Workshop 01
